Relevant Introduction

　　近日，海關總署、國家發展改革委、商務部發布聯合公告，決定自2023年1月1日起對進口關稅配額全面實施聯網核查、無紙化通關。該措施是海關總署已出臺的促進foreign tradeAfter the full implementation of online verification, the issuing authorities will no longer issue paper quota certificates, which will all be replaced by electronic quota certificates. Customs will automatically call up the electronic data of quota certificates during the customs clearance process to compare and verify with the declaration data, achieving fully online and paperless processing of quota certificate application, issuance, customs clearance, and cancellation, which will effectively improve customs clearance efficiency and reduce business operating costs.
